Breaded cutlet made from chicken fillets

The Viennese is the perfect solution for an easy-to-prepare second course. Cook the AIA Viennese:

 

IN A HOT NON-STICK PAN:  
To serve the “Viennese-style” cutlet hot and golden, place it with a drizzle of oil and cook for 5 minutes, turning it occasionally.

 

IN A PREHEATED FAN OVEN
Preheat the oven to 220°C and place the “Viennese-style” cutlet in a baking dish without any seasoning. Then put it in the already hot oven for 8 minutes, turning it halfway through cooking.

 

IN AN AIR FRYER:  
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 190°. Once hot, place the “Viennese-style” cutlets in the basket and cook for 7 minutes.
