Chicken Breast

Enjoy the Chicken Breast accompanied by fennel, cooking it in the oven.

Brown the 4 chicken breasts in butter and season with salt and pepper.

Clean 4 fennel, boil them in salted water, slice them, arrange them in a buttered baking dish, and sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan.

Make a second layer with the chicken breasts, cover them with 2 dl of béchamel, and bake in the oven at moderate heat.
